Introduction

HR management refers to the management of human resources, it refers to the management link between the employees and workers who take care of all the staff involved in the company.

HR management acts as the vital link between top-level managers and the workforce, facilitating communication, alignment, and collaboration to achieve organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.

They take care about the

  • Training and development
  • About their needs and wants from the company
  • They take care of the company ‘s policy that they are doing the task according to the policies or not .

Myths

There are many myths we have heard about HR management they have not to do anything they only have to conduct interviews, maintain salary, and conduct fun activities.

But it is not like that now HR management Known as personnel management they have to manage most of the things to maintain the company’s reputation.

As they are the link between the top-level management and the employees working there.

Fields of Hr

  • Business partner
  • Generalist
  • Payroll
  • Recruiter
  • Training and development
  • Analytics
  • Performance management
  • Griviences management
  • Conflict management

And the list goes on and on...

I am going to talk about all these in detail in my upcoming blogs.

Nature of Hr managers

  • They have a dynamic mindset.
  • They have good communication skills.
  • They have good decision making skills .
  • They have an optimistic approach (futuristic approach).
  • They have a good managerial skills.
  • They involve people in the organization.

Example of how Hr management works in MNC companies

  • If I talk about TCS Tata consultancy services, they have a policy that women will not work after 8 pm on night shifts.
  • If I talk about Google policy they have a policy of flexible hours and a comfortable work culture where they can do work anywhere.

in an organization, they need a satisfied and happy workforce so that they can do their task easily and effectively.

We know that a happy worker is a productive worker so there should be strong HR policies according to the work culture and workforce so that they can achieve their goals easily.

New Trends..

As we have discussed about what is Hr so now we should talk about what are the new trends that they are following ….

As we know AI nowadays is at the top of all the sectors, so now they are using AI tools for analyzing the employee’s performance.

Now there is a hybrid culture where the employees are free to work from home.

Now they are supporting remote work culture where the employees can able to do work to their nearby location.

employee satisfaction is the primary objective of HR managers .

Many of the employees were doing moonlighting , which means thta in the organisation they do the other companies tasks after completion

Reliefs after AI

Now they can easily access and track their performances.

Now they can easily maintain the records.

They can easily fetch the details of the candidates for the interview .

They can easily create the offer letters and all kind of stuff .

Challenges

If they have the proper knowledge about AI so they don’t feel any problem they can work accordingly.

But if they are not updated on the technology they will face many problems so better to adapt to the new AI world as soon as possible.

News of the day

Sad reality but yes now the companies are layoffing the employees just because of AI.

This is the sad example of HR, and somehow the challenge for the HR too, As they are answerable for this layoff, they have the accountability for this.

So that’s all for this blog
