It seems you’re implying that she didn’t pose statistical support for her statement. I think she assumed that her reader base may already be well aware of the exodus of tech women statistics, or of the hiring disparity for educated minorities within the latin and black communities, or several other diversity statistics that show poor hiring, retention and exit numbers across literally every demographic, and intersectionality of those demographics.
