I never suggested otherwise, and neither did the memo’s author. In fact the memo explicitly states in its opening paragraph that having various points of view is valuable.

Sure. But when someone starts “crying wolf” at every opinion the disagree with, labeling it dangerous, when it isn’t even remotely so, that’s also a big problem.
