Just one thing, at Sellsy we always have this categorization problem: we’re doing CRM indeed, but we’re also dealing with collaboration, support, marketing, finance and a lot of developers rely on our API to integrate all these features with their apps.
Even worse (?), we’re doing more than that: e-commerce, POS to name a few.
How would you categorize SAP or Oracle for example?
Why would startups be point solutions only?
I think a matrix would be better than drawers :-)
