The data the AI is fed for learning is biased.
See, the common VC firm is average and follows the herd. Thus, the data points provided are “average” and thus, will probably underperform.

Peter Thiel, who claims to be a contrarian, invested in Facebook which was a social media by definition among other successful investments (DeepMind, …). Given that the AI in this case has “clustered” the themes of investment, it is the outliers lead by firms with a solid track-record where I would place my bets.

NOT the generic theme (or business models for that matter).
