Reading books makes you realise you are not alone.
If your confidence is low, happiness under attack or grieving from a loss, there’s always a book to help.
One of my challenges is to manage my inner critic aka monkey mind. For most of my life I thought I was the only person in the world who put up with an inner dialogue until I discovered books on the topic. Phew, what a relief.
