How much can we believe our negative thoughts?
Jessica Cote

This is a lovely way to write about negative thinking.

Everyone should heed your warning and advice. Negative thinking is the enemy of progress and self-fulfilment – the ball and chain of the mind.

I have found my negative thoughts to be subtle and sly, with the voice cleverly justifying all its advice.

My career has become stuck because I listened and believed I wasn’t able for promotion. I find it hard to meet new people because the voice tells me nobody would be interested.

Through meditation I have come to recognise the pattern of my thoughts. Although I have more work to do, I’m learning to ignore the stupid narrator.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
