How to Actually Make Meditation A Habit in 2017

This is wonderfully helpful Anna. I’ve practiced meditation for over 7 years but have experienced long pauses. I find that I can only go so long before I begin to feel the negative effects of missing the practice.

I’ve recently decided to mix it up a little by varying the times, styles and the iPhone apps I use. (Though I go tech free too). Variety is hopefully the spice of meditation.
