Most often they are more concerned about losing their licenses and jobs so they will be as restrictive as possible and make people jump through as many hoops as they can as though making people prove that they are really legitimately in need. Unfortunately, most people don’t recognize the full extent of the cruelty of their actions since they don’t know what it’s like to be suffering as greatly as those in need. They liken their protection of self as only affecting others as minimally as a pin prick or tiny pinch when in actuality it’s enough to render someone unconscious or cause pain so severe that they can’t function.
