But i was talking about statistics: it’s a fact. (these numbers are a bit old, but the actual ones shouldn’t be very different)

I think it’s more about culture (no hacker-culture, no ) & the fact that there are less tech-startups locally …

But all of these are merely excuses for not putting time, effort & hard work. Everything is out there over the internet, and you can reach talented people and get opportunities.
