Wow. Just. Wow.
I think you have totally missed the point of this overall. I am a CisWoman and I am also an Inter-sectional Feminist, and I found this piece incredibly enlightening.
Simple Fact: There is a HUGE problem within the Feminist community where males (or male-seeming people) are told to “Shut up and Listen!” — I know, I’ve seen it myself, and I’ve also been guilty of it! — but just because someone is male or male-passing and hasn’t had to personally deal with the sexism that goes along with being born ‘boobs & bush’ doesn’t mean that they don’t have something to offer the conversation or give us a new perspective to consider, which is exactly what this writer has done.
The writer isn’t asking to have their issues put front-and-center of the feminist fight, they are just asking us to listen to their point of view and how labels and gender have effected their lives & their struggle with coming to terms with who they are, and why they have no desire to transition.
The writer isn’t trying to hurt you, they are trying to make you think.
Which unfortunately seems to have made your thinker-box hurt from overheating.
