I like you piece. I know my forthcoming analogy is not so great within the murky waters of politics and economics. But, if their was a vote to see if the earth was flat and 52% of people (36% of the population) voted to say the earth was flat; it doesn’t make them right.
Likewise in a referendum where 52% of voters voted to leave the European Union (36% of the population), it doesn’t make them right.
