What might feel like “innovation” to one business is yesterday’s news for another.
Sometimes to “innovate”, larger traditional businesses need to just catch up with more dynamic, smaller new players.
It pleases me to see how common UXer’s understanding of the scope of impact they can make went from designing a button to designing a global service and beyond.
It always strikes me how some designers try to create great customer experiences for product end-users but fail to deliver good experience for their own customer — the client they work for.
