Recently, I decided that it is the last time I use Uber. It was a really bad experience. My wife (pregnant) and I ordered a car, the car that came, was not having the same plate number as shown on the app, but alas, and once we get on, I told the Uber driver, to head straight to go to the tunnel, as that’s the fastest and usual route we take and very familiar with. The driver kept whining and insisted that it is not right (without even using GPS). I asked him (not raising my voice a single bit) what’s the point of debating with me about the route, and the response I got was this eerie look from him and “get out of the car, I don’t want to drive you anymore”. It was really shocking, and I didn’t want to argue with him with my pregnant wife in the car, that I was at that moment feeling threaten of what if he gone crazy. I got off, and Uber still charge me some amount (minimal that I don’t care). Thanks for deciding for me to switch to other better services.
