From Uncomfortable Observer to Healing and Present

I was thinking about how everytime I’ve spent time in nature there has been a discomfort at first. Most of the time it doesn’t feel familiar. It is intense, and I am overwhelmed.

Then, towards the end of whatever trip it is that I am taking, I suddenly experience it as intensely beautiful and healing. Suddenly I am no longer simply observing it, but I can finally feel myself as a part of it, as I have been all along.

By not just observing the outside world I become more in touch with the inside one, I become more present.
