A Two Sentence Fact

Songs of reason fill a forest
Somewhere on another planet
Far from the ears of defective celebrities
Who began their uprising
On rambling manuscripts
Consisting of circulating lines
Joined together by brilliant distortion
That break the laws of romantic sanity
And puts a burden on already blemished minds
Of university goers and public officials
Who suffer from self-inflicted ignorance
Because they find it inspiring
To intoxicate their conscience
With the grotesque responsibility
Of second hand learning.
Learning for themselves would be disastrous.
