How to Eat Indian Food the Right Way

3 Tips:
- Your hands are your utensils. Traditionally, you would only eat with your right hand because the left is reserved for taking care of private business.
- Tear off pieces of your dosa to dip into chutney, but don’t treat your dosa as a chip and the chutney as a dip.
- Don’t double dip or bite something someone else has bitten. It makes the food jootha, or contaminated, and then nobody can eat it. It’s a Hindu concept that likely arose from fears of about spreading germs.
