Being an English speaker, I tend to say “TO all intents and purposes”, if I say anything like that to start with. But I probably wouldn’t say it at all because it’s just a “filler” phrase and a time-waster. Using it makes a person sound lazy, poorly-educated and lacking in expressive ability. But yes; if you use it, GET IT RIGHT!

Nevertheless, thank you! I enjoyed it and especially appreciated your inclusion of “could/couldn’t care less”!!
