Great article, it will make me more cautious about all the distractions that are all over the place and that are hard to resist sometimes.
One way to use procrastination in a good way is to actually postpone the little rewards you would otherwise take instantly. Rather than watching TV right now, you can say that you are going to do it tomorrow.
And tomorrow you do exactly the same. Eventually, you may allow yourself having a full day of receiving rewards, or you postpone it, just one more time, until your big goal is achieved…
