Fikayo Tomori- Ready for Qatar?
Fikayo Tomori is one of the most exciting defenders in world football. The centre-back joined the Chelsea Academy at under 8 level and worked his work all the way up through the ranks to the first team.
After a number of loan spells at Brighton, Hull City, and Derby County Tomori eventually sought first team football away from Chelsea. In June 2021, Tomori signed for Italian giants AC Milan and in his first season at the club he was an instrumental part of their first title winning side in eleven seasons.
Tomori is certainly one2watch for England fans in this World Cup year. Gareth Southgate named his 28-player squad for their upcoming Nations League matches and Tomori was named among the list of 12 defenders. Will he be named in the starting eleven?
