Then you just had sex.

This is where it gets crazy.

If a woman can’t say no or express a no, she isn’t raped. Because let’s put ourselves in the men’s shoes. This man could really care about this woman. This man could be a really nice guy. This man wants to have sex, with a woman he likes. Which is natural. If the woman can’t express a no, and doesn’t say no, then he isn’t hearing no as an answer. And people ( all of us ) are essentially selfish.

But men can’t be responsible for this type of situation.

That isn’t rape.

It’s just not. Not to anyone else. Or to the man.
