Why do you think terrorists are now renting trucks to drive into crowds of people or police are saying after every one- he didn’t have any ties to a terrorist group.

Stealing everything he owned. Beheading almost 1000 people in one day. Pulling people apart after tying them to two camels. Burning whole families alive.
