Maurice Symonette, a man of many names and corporations
I have been reading a lot about “Michael the Black Man” the past few days, about his sordid past and his extremist associations(he’s even been accused of and tried for murder). I have found some things out about him that I have not seen widely published as of writing this article. Maurice Symonette goes by many aliases, Michael Symonette, Maurice Woodside, Mikael Israel and possibly more. All this information is known.
What I have not seen are his multiple corporations that are or were incorporated in Florida, in fact it appears even Maurice Symonette might be a corporation. I will go through the inactive ones first but bear in mind I have done only basic research on them.
The earliest one I have seen is Florida Real Estate League Ass. Inc. which was incorporated March 10 2006. It is currently inactive, but the name “Symonette” comes up three times, Maurice, Rufus and then Alex as well. They appear to be family members. I have done some searching for the company but have had little luck, as it does not appear to have been active enough to have a website or an on line presence.
His other companies, all inactive and in my cursory research were associated w/ nothing significant are:

He has several inactive Non Profits as well, again nothing significant was discovered in my cursory research:

Associated Names: Lavanzo Maxwell, Michael Lattiboudeaire and Mark Wells
Associated Names: Mary Pierce and Adrienne Williams
The only active corporation is a non-profit called “Boss Group Ministries”. Upon researching it further I discovered an FCC complaint at the residence for an unauthorized radio signal 102.3 FM. A warning was issued to “Boss Group Ministries” and no further complaints were filed. I was also able to track down two documents related to TV ads, here and here. It appears that boss stands for “Brothers Of A Superior Status” and it appears to be a continuation of the Yaweh Ben Yaweh cult. Other names associated with the company are: Lavanzo Maxwell, Michael Lattiboudeaire, Mark Wells, Ferris Lee Rhodes.
Throughout these corporations there are recurring themes, the addresses for many of them are:

This seems to be a man that has been associated with multiple corporations in multiple areas of interest, none of which seem to last terribly long but it appears that Maurice and those associated with him are involved in violence and a multitude of other illegal activities including mortgage fraud and gun violence. I do find it odd that he is associated with properties worth $2.6 million or more although he does claim his father was Al Symonette, who had several successful businesses, as of now I am unable to find any more proof than his word. I plan on continuing this research and publish a Part Two of this if need be. However I’d like to get this in the open so other people can research these corporations and the man associated with them for themselves and see if they can help dissect the information to get a clearer picture of his true motives.
