It’s important to be healthy. It influences your productivity, motivation and even career. Some people are freelancers so they can go to the gym at any convenient time. But what’s about office workers? Here is some advice on when you can go to the gym!

In the morning

If you have an opportunity to go to the gym in the morning, so try it! You should either go there on an empty stomach or after 2 hours after breakfast. You also shouldn’t be late for work, so you will have to wake up at 4 or 5 am. However you should get enough sleep to be fresh for the gym. That’s why you should have light breakfast, for example, protein cocktail.

During lunch-break

There is lunch-break in all organisations. It’s ideal time for the gym, because you may have square breakfast and lunch after exercises.

In the evening

Gyms are crowded at 7pm, because people go there after work. Activity decay begins after 9 pm. Try not to overeat and cut calories after exercises. You may have boiled eggs or a vegetable salad.

Over the weekend

If all these suggestions are not appropriate for you, try going to the gym on the weekends. You will definitely get enough sleep and have energizing breakfast.

Short workout

If you are so busy for going to the gym, you may do morning exercises or go for a morning run. It doesn’t take too much time. You may also want to do some exercises during the work, when you feel tired. It will help to stay focused, stress-free and think creative!

Remember, no money can buy health, so start taking care of it now.

What are your ways to balance work and going the gym? Do you prefer going to the gym or doing the workouts at home?
