Love after loving

There was a time in which love fulfilled her. Do you believe in love for ever?, she asked him. And he always said yes. She trusted him, she was fulfilled, convinced that that love mustn’t end. And the reason wasn’t that she would feel it forever, but there’s a time in relationships when people don’t change, when the parts accept their own condition and know that they’ll die the same. As you cannot stop being a human being, or you cannot stop being the age you are, she would never leave him. And he wouldn’t, neither. They believed in loving forever.

But one day, it was the end. The day that would never come, it had come.

Does loving after love really exist?, she asked herself. I’ll try to answer this question through these stories.
