Seems like more and more bystanders are focused on the Kardashians rather than what a couple of geeks somewhere might be doing in a nearby garage. The largest unaddressed market in the nation is affordable housing. Watch what innovative people do in the next few years to blend new building methodologies with first of a kind financial tools. Maybe it will be the new iHouse.
