bootcamp_week_1.length= Day 5

Wow time flies…

The day started with our regular exercises and games. We played three games — The Telephone game, Simon Says and The Object game. The aim of the games were: active listening, listening and execution and listening and attention respectively.

After the games we had a warm up Andelabs exercise before the BIG event for the day, HACKERRANK !!! While we were working on Andelabs, a young man walked in. He introduced himself to be Nadayar C. Enegesi , Head of the Training team (He should be a Pro Motivational speaker *just saying*). He gave a really long motivational / thought provoking speech. What stood out to me from it all was : “What you do intersects with what you care about” and also “Be true to yourself”.

We started working on HACKERRANK Sorting challenge after the speech. It was very very very challenging, but after 8 hours I solved 9 algorithm problems.

The day ended on that note. Everyone went home with the expectation of getting “The eviction mail” and a project. Well, let’s see how it goes…
