I started the Interaction Design course a year ago, and this posting is about the final project that I’ve done for the class.

Everyone wants to live healthier life so they try their best to keep them to be healthy. However, the questions are always bugging in their mind. “Am I doing right?”. People wants to know if they are on the right path, and would like to get some helps from others if it’s simple and not too expensive.

I was interested in designing an effective method to trigger and maintain change of life style to be healthier.

The observations that I had was everyone tries to live healthy in someway but get frustrated easily after trying for few days because they are lack of time. The solution that I came up with was providing the users customized exercise and meal plans based on the goals that have.

Early prototype ideas

After the set up a profile, the app can provide daily exercise plan that the user can follow. They can record their posture while they are exercising and get a feedback from the online coach if they are exercising in correct posture. The users can also edit their plans if they want. The app also provides ready-made meals based on the selection. It’s a life-saver for the people who are busy. The fresh ingredients will be delivered with the recipes and ingredients will be all ready-made so they can cook it right away. The users can also log their exercise, meals and daily habits on the app so they can track what they have done.

But please, be kind, it’s only a baby prototype under marvelapp help, and still needs to develop more in code and size. Enjoy!
