I’m not a fraud — I know my shortcomings and readily admit that I’m not good at everything or know it all. but I have struggled with thinking that I’m a big joke! It’s hard being an entrepreneur especially if you’re the one doing it all. If I stop at look at my peers they all appear so together, seem to have the time to travel, speak at events, conduct a webcast or jump on Periscope and Blab. They seem so tidy and together. They earned it — they have the funds to hire a team and its my goal to have it together too so I can get out more and be on real time vs behind my iPhone or laptop.

I can relate to the fears etc. it goes to show you we are human and we all want to matter, to be respected, to be sought after, to be liked. Being aware of our fears etc keeps us grounded and real. You’re ahead by being aware and you know wait to work on and what to delegate!
