The person who comes asking for consultancy services is the smartest. He thinks he can hood wink, ask few questions, get answers and then fit the jigsaw puzzle himself. Be it a Lawyer, C.A , C.S and every other consultant is having to deal with hoards of inquisitive visitors who come fishing and then never turn into clients.
