Is the Sword of St. Peter in Poland The Real Deal?

Bible stories say the right ear of one of the high priest’s servants was sliced off by one of the apostles on the night before the Crucifixion of Jesus — some versions name the servant as Malchus and say the apostle was saint Peter. The sword used in that story has supposedly been passed down through the ages, until it finally reached Poland.
