Everyone loves being the armchair expert, especially when it concerns a crisis we read about second-hand. We cast down weighted opinions built on the foundations of sensationalist articles, idle speculation and judgemental presumption, which in turn is then skewed by our own experiences and moral standards. Who are we to pass commentary? Who made us the star witness, prosecution, judge and jury in this story? Yes we can all have an opinion, just as we all have the right to have that opinion laughed out of court. I’m amazed at the level of hypocrisy I’m witnessing from people who have jumped on the band wagon and feel they can cast both the first and last stone in this matter. You should be applauded for your sensibility and level headedness. To those that are baying for blood – you and your argument are invalid.
