I’m in the fortunate position of building a team of advocates/evangelists/devrel and you hit the nail on the head in terms of what I believe to be the core DNA strands of people in this critical role. I’ve talked about them being authentic and being the First Customer. You phrase that as 0th customer, but the goals are exactly the same. Thanks for calling out so explicitly the opportunity for diversity to shine in this role and why it matters so much.
