Interesting data pull and nice analysis. . . .my $0.02. . . you can interpret it as women are undervaluing themselves, or you could interpret it that the market undervalues them, and they are asking for what they market will bear — I suspect it’s likely both, but I wouldn’t put it all on women. There are likely a lot of societal gender/structural issues at play here too. More data like this is helpful to look for those things or move the conversation forward.
