Andrew Charlton is an Oxford-educated economist, and a Director at AlphaBeta, a business strategy firm he co-founded. He works out of the firm’s Sydney office, advising clients across Australia and Asia.

A former Senior Economic Advisor to the Australian Prime Minister, he was Australia’s senior government official at the G20 economic summits.

Andrew Charlton is the author of several books, including Fair Trade for All, co-authored with Nobel laureate Joseph Stiglitz.
