Facilitators are just empowering team members to become decision-makers, but they are also there to ensure the decision is the right one in line with the strategy and business objectives. They should make the call to shift direction otherwise.
None of the extremes is ideal.

Collaboration and shared ownership is sooo important. In the long run, it will also help sharing expertise within stakeholders, thus reducing dependency on specific individuals…

Great exercise to find role and perception gaps. I find this specially interesting for the PM side, as it could help spotting professional development areas and self-managing expectations.
By the way, I think there is an error at the “Validation” point. I see the “Same score” and “PM” marks on the same row.

As a PMs we tend to be very good (we should!) at prioritising backlogs, user stories, roadmap items, …, but we tend to overlook prioritising our own tasks throughout our working hours and allocating time to what matters.
