While outside the first leaves began to sprout on our freshly planted cider apple trees, inside the month of June marked our very first bottling at the Innovation Cider House!

This first bottling holds Oval Nouveau, a delicious blend of bittersweet and sharp apples inspired by the West Country of England.

160 cases have been filled and will be available to taste and purchase at the orchard soon…
