A Year In The Life of A Cidery

July: Summer at the Innovation Cider House in Walden, NY

Summer’s in full swing at Angry Orchard’s Innovation Cider House. Our crop of apples are growing in beautifully, the cider tastings are flowing, and cider lovers are coming from near and far to join in on the fun.

We are thrilled to hear the feedback we are receiving from our visitors about the gorgeous orchard views while they sip on classics like Crisp Apple, cider house exclusives like Oval Nouveau, and our recently released Walden Hollow.

This month also marked our very first Cornhole Tournament.

We kept the competitors refreshed and festive as they duked it out at the edge of the orchard while the sun set over the Hudson Valley.

While our visitors kick back, our head cider maker Ryan and his team are working tirelessly behind the scenes to keep the bottle shop stocked and the draft lines pouring with limited release research & development ciders. Throughout each day, new blends are being tasted and tested, bottles are getting filled, and our orchard trees are checked up on for apple growth and trimming.

We can’t wait to see what August has in store.
