…neffable, but we all know it. It’s just that feeling of bad, right at the center, deep in the core. It’s what drives us to check Facebook, to drink, to smoke, to binge, to purge, to run, to be a nasty asshole, to whatever.
When I am running, nothing feels unachievable. When I get a few minutes to pause, I start wondering what’s the point of running.
