UPDATE: Ok Alejandro, after whatever technical work the support team did, I was able to remove the extended page reference of the web link (#/setup/login) that was sent to me (or something like that) and my doing that enabled me to access the login page. Prior to that, I wasn’t even able to login again. But now, I’ve logged in and recovered my funds. I am grateful that you guys were expeditious in assisting me, but please fix that glitch, as I would really hate for this to happen to anyone else. Also, it’s just not helpful for your brand.
