I often heard about you and I am only starting now to read you. Must have missed some great load but what I am reading now is just epic. It is one thing to believe there is a different way to go in the way to do marketing or sales, then it’s something else to read it from an icon.
Thanks for given some sense to my small little thoughts. In Africa, and moreover in Cameroon where I live, we tend to do replication. Very seldom empathy, mostly replication of marketing and sales model. The most important is to achieve ROI and sales target. Still, our consumers are really evolving, competition is getting tougher in most markets and with choice, empathy comes in. Really an eye opener. Thanks for sharing.
