Great tips, especially about the clean kitchen — I love that one! However, the bodyweight workout will intimidate many people, and very few can do pistols (if they know what pistols are at all). Jump squats are also beyond the ability of most people. I’d suggest plain old air-squats-on-heels or sit down/stand ups for real beginners, and swap in step ups (on actual steps probably) for the jumping squats. One round is great for beginners. Don’t make it too hard to get started.
