Make space in your head
Last month, mostly during the weeks, was a busy and stressy period, I didn’t had time to relax and my head was full of thoughts. During the weekends, my boyfriend and I had some quality time; seeing nice soaps, have a nice dinner, going to the cinema… But after the weekend, everything started again.
So a few weeks ago I read an article about mindfullness and making space in your head by using an app: Headspace.
So, this is how it works: You download the app on your mobile and you have 10 sessions of 10 minutes. You only need 10 minutes of your time to use the app: listen to the speaker and follow his instructions. You can do it anywhere; at work, in the train, in the car (not when you are driving offcourse) and breathe in and breathe out. It really helps to cool down after a busy day.
