“Spoiled” Isn’t Actually A Thing You Can Be

I think Ester and I disagree on a lot of things but wow I think we could come to agreement on healthcare reform before I would agree that “spoiled” is not a real thing. It means ungrateful for another person’s generosity. If you would rather use the word “ungrateful”, that’s fine. Yes, I have met kids who are ungrateful for their clothes and toys and rooms because their parents chose to give them unlimited things rather than spending time with them.

I agree that perhaps an adult can’t be spoiled, because adult by definition implies economic independence so there’s no benefactor involved.
