Yes accidents happen but in these days — no matter what kind of accident — everyone only looks for someone to blame or putting a lawsuit on — common sense for sure is dead.

I am not a parent but I fully understand. Everyone who has ever looked after small children knows you can’t watch them all the time when you have more than 1 around you and even then it can run to the street with the blink of an eye and being hit by a car.

Another horrible example is the family of Formula 1 driver Jules Bianchi suing the team for his dead — fucking hell he got a lot of money for being a F1 driver cause it’s a risk. If they didn’t want him to die this way they should have been talking him out of driving race cars.

I am also a strong believer that every person has a given life time and when it’s over it’s over no matter what.

Here in Switzerland we are not so quick by suing cause most cases don’t come through.
