Under Armour Debuts New Curry 4 Shoe During the 2017 NBA Finals

Since 2004, Anthony W. Deering has guided Exeter Capital, LLC, as Chairman of the private investment firm. In addition to his role at Exeter Capital, Anthony W. Deering offers board leadership as a director at T. Rowe Price, Brixmor Property Group, and Under Armour.

A leader in the sport apparel industry, Under Armour endorses several world-class athletes, including golfer Jordan Spieth and Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry, a two-time league MVP. Curry, whose current contract with Under Armour extends through 2024, recently debuted his newest signature shoe with the company, the Curry 4.

Curry transitioned from wearing the 3Zer0 shoe and wore several different colors of the new sneaker throughout the 2017 NBA Finals series. After the Warriors defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers for the championship title, he donned a special black and gold colorway at the victory parade. Under Armour will officially release the shoes for public sale in the fall, likely in October, with both mid- and low-cut models available to consumers.
