Great piece Brandon! I follow a similar routine but I add in 10–15 minutes of guided meditation. It’s funny you brought up Tim Ferris, not sure if you listen to his podcast, but his most recent episode is all about the power of a balanced morning routines, I would recommend giving it a listen.
