You want to invest? Invest in apartments? But what if I lose my investment?

Fast forward, this is meโ€ฆ. 50 years from now.

That will make me 95.

I just turned 45 years old 2 days ago, December Seven.

So what if I was in my death bed and I would be like, what if I did the things that I wanted to do when I was young, when Iโ€™m 45 or when I was 30 or when I was 20? Mhmโ€ฆ I donโ€™t like regrets.

I have a saying from Victoria Holt that goes: โ€œNever. regret. If itโ€™s good, itโ€™s wonderful and if itโ€™s bad, we charged it to experience. Experience!

This is another saying that goes: โ€œ 20 years from now,We will regret the things that we did not do than the things that we did do.

So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe hardboard and catch the trade winds in the sail.โ€

I remembered one year ago, exactly one year ago, when I when I was in social media and I told everyone it was my first time to do a video on social media (In facebook) and that Iโ€™m writing my book and Iโ€™m launching it in a couple of months.

I never thought that I was going to write and that Iโ€™ll become an author. I didnโ€™t even know what the title of the book was and when I explained it to everyone, my apartment units was still not 50 but I was about to close to make it to 50 units. So I wrote the book Apartment Prescription on how I found, bought and paid for my 50 units.

Now if without me doing that, getting my thick skin in my face without being comfortable with the uncomfortable you see this is uncomfortable for me but I have to do it, I have to share what Iโ€™ve gone through my experiences of being a physician of wanting more for my family, wanting more to have finance or I can help other people.

Currently we have three scholars. I want to build a church, I want to do a lot more of medical missions but this required finance so I have to be comfortable with the uncomfortable and that is putting myself out there and pushing me, pushing myself on. What is the possibility you see thereโ€™s so much abundance and we have to get our own share.

So I came out of my shell and I committed. Commit and figure out the rest later and Iโ€™m still figuring it out.

You know itโ€™s not a done deal. When I am living. I know thereโ€™s more to me that I can do.

Itโ€™s just a matter of having a vision, getting the right knowledge, having the right mentors and implementing the necessary things to make those dreams a reality.

So whatโ€™s my dream?

I want to grow and scale my apartments. One year ago, I was about to be on the 50th apartment; now with my team rockstar inFlorida: San Eng, Sophia, Jim and Rhinna Picontti, Alain Villegas, Josh Awad, George Wu.

Well these are my team in Florida and without them, I would not be part of the 135 units we are closing in Florida.

So you see one year ago I was at my 50th unit. Now weโ€™re at 67 units and weโ€™re closing on 135 more units. Everything is possible, my friend.

So I encourage you dream big and take massive action. Be comfortable with the uncomfortable. Be a better you every day.

So I hope we donโ€™t regret it when we are at our deathbed whether itโ€™s 50 years from now, 60 years from now where we are at 100.

We want to enjoy the great things in life, the abundance thatโ€™s here in the world.

We just have to get our own share.

So never regret.

If itโ€™s good, itโ€™s wonderful; if itโ€™s bad, we charge it to experience.

So December 11th Saturday, I will be doing a free live webinar for physicians at one p. M. Saturday US eastern time.

And also you can DM me on our second Apartment Prescription book 2. 0 on scaling our apartments, scaling your apartments so that you can get a head start.

So DM for a free copy of my second book.

Once weโ€™re ready, Iโ€™ll let you know and youโ€™ll be the first one to get that copy.
