Pixel Racers Prize Draw — Competition Rules & Terms & Conditions for the Car Lottery

1) Management and Administration of the Prize Draw

1.1 The Promoter and Administrator of this prize draw is: Apex Doodles, C/O: Unit 10 Bell Industrial Estate, Cunnington Street, Chiswick, London, England W4 5HB. 2) Purpose of the Prize Draw

2.1 A series of different prize draws is planned for the buyers of each series of digital artwork created from the livery of the vehicles that Oscar Joyce has driven in competitive motorsport competitions (see website for prize draw conditions and applicable artwork). All funds raised will be used to fund the expense of Oscar competing in motorsport competitions. Apex Doodles also intends to donate 3% of the funds raised through the racing season to charities such as Race against Dementia. Please see https://medium.com/@ApexDoodles for more information.

3) The Prizes

3.1 Ten prize draws are planned for 2023 running between May — November 2023, plus an eleventh all winners draw. Artwork buyers will also be entered into prize draws based on the date when they purchased it. 4) Competition Conditions

4.1 The initial ten prizes cannot be exchanged for monetary value. The eleventh and final prize draw can and will be exchanged for cash, subject to a majority of the final prize draw participants voting in favour.
4.2 Apex Doodles reserves the right to replace a prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

4.3 All prizes are subject to availability. The prize is not negotiable.

4.4 Successful winners can subsequently sell or transfer their prize to another individual before the eleventh and final prize draw.
4.5 Apex Doodles does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

4.6 Apex Doodles reserves the right to verify any information you provide.

4.7 Anyone winning a prize that requires travelling to a venue is responsible for their own travel arrangements.

4.8 The competition is only open to anyone over 18 years old, we reserve the right to age verify.

4.9 Apex Doodles judges’ decision will be final and there is no right of appeal.

5) Liability Limitation

5.1 Apex Doodles in so far as UK law permits does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

6) Timeframe for Receiving a Prize

6.1 If any individual associated with a winning entry cannot be contacted within 14 days of the prize draw, Apex Doodles reserves the right to rerun the prize draw and offer the prize to an alternative winner.

7) UK GDPR and Data Protection

7.1 Apex Doodles will store your data in accordance with UK GDPR. We may use your details to contact you about the competition and other relevant motor racing events which we believe may be of interest.

8) Applicable to All Entries

8.1 Apex Doodles reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend all or any part of the prize draw where necessary to do so. Any changes to these terms and conditions, or
cancellation of the draw, will be posted on the Apex Doodles website.

8.2 These terms and conditions and any issues arising from them shall be governed by English law, all parties agree to be exclusively bound by the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
