I am based in Singapore and in the Push-To-Talk/Enteprise COmmsbusiness. I am not in the Walkie Talkie Content business though as Consumer Internet business are better done in larger markets.

I believe the opoortunity for Voice is outside of English speaking countries as non-latin input is quite difficult on most smartphones. Maybe you want to look out of the US.

Also as a user to Walkie Talkie Apps, I believe a key improvement would be a real PTT button. Currently it is still too much friction to unlock the phone and open the app. This could be improved with a Bluetooth button but for consumers to really adopt it, Apple and Google has to make it happen from a phone level.
